Terms of Service

All of our services are fully subject to these terms and conditions, unless they have been changed or supplemented by written agreements.

Our offers are limited in time, either according to the legal regulations or according to the special information in the offers themselves. Our offers are confidential and may only be made available for inspection to those persons who process our offers.

All prices stated on our website are gross (including VAT). All bookings are binding.

Payments: We accept most major credit cards, cash in the vehicle, payment by invoice and payment by bank / postal transfer.

If orders are canceled, the customer will be charged for the costs of our activities in accordance with our cancellation conditions. These are as follows:

• Up to 24 hours before the start of the order: No charge
• 24 - 4 hours before the start of the order: 50%
• 4 hours before the start of the order or no show: 100%

Confort Taxi assumes no liability for delays caused by a force of nature, traffic jams, breakdowns, incorrect pick-up or destination information or any situation that is beyond our control.

Payment must be made either by bank transfer / postal transfer or by credit card, no later than 10 days after the order has been fulfilled.
We reserve the right to request a different method of payment. Withholding payments and offsetting our claims with counterclaims not recognized by us is not permitted.

Swiss law is exclusively applicable to any disputes. The place of jurisdiction is Embrach.
Our company will endeavor at all times to resolve any differences with its customers amicably and amicably.
